Description

Potsticker sauce is simple to make at home and elevates any Asian-inspired appetizer! This salty, sweet and tangy dipping sauce is perfect for potstickers, spring rolls, dumplings, or crispy wontons.

Ingredients

Scale

3 tablespoons light soy sauce

1 tablespoon water

1 tablespoon chili crisp

1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar

1 teaspoon sugar

1/2 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Whisk until sugar is dissolved. Taste and adjust seasoning.

  2. Serve with potstickers, wontons, dumplings, or spring rolls.

Notes

For chili crisp, Lao Gan Ma is my preferred brand, but use what you have, then taste to adjust flavor.

Potsticker Sauce can be made several days ahead to be ready when serving.
