15-Minute Air Fryer Fish Tacos

Ingredients

  • 2 6-8 ounce cod fillets (substitute white fish of your choice)
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning (or Blackening Seasoning)

For Tacos:

  • 4-6 tortillas (corn or flour)
  • Avocado
  • Cilantro
  • Pickled onions
  • Cotija
  • Lime wedges

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees. 
  2. Dry fish fillets well with paper towels. Season fish liberally with spice mix. Brush lightly with olive oil, covering the spices. 
  3. Place cod fillets in preheated air fryer basket. Cook at 400 for 8-10 minutes. Open air fryer and test for doneness. If needed, cook for additional 1-2 minutes.
  4. Serve on charred tortillas with your favorite toppings and sauces, including Taco Truck Green Sauce and Baja Taco Sauce.
