Let's Get Cooking

1. Prep Scallops

Dry scallops with a paper towel. Season both sides with salt and pepper, then dredge scallops in flour.

2. Cook Scallops

Add scallops to hot skillet. Sear first side for 2 minutes, until they achieve a golden crust. Reduce heat to medium and turn scallops.

Add butter, diced shallots and garlic to pan. Once scallops are cooked through, move them to a plate and cover while you finish the sauce.

Add wine, parsley and chives. Bring to a rapid simmer. Return scallops to pan and coat in garlic butter sauce.

3

Serve pan-seared scallops in sauce with lemon wedges, a sprinkle of lemon zest and a warm baguette.
