Baked Flounder  Parmesan

Ingredients:

flounder fillets seasoned bread crumbs Parmesan cheese extra virgin olive oil lemon zest coarse kosher salt black pepper Spaghetti Sauce, for serving (optional)

Let's  Get  Cooking

1. Make Parmesan Crust

In a small bowl or shallow dish, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan, lemon zest, salt and pepper.

2.  Bake Fish

Spoon seasoned parmesan crumbs over the fish, pressing gently onto the top of the fillets.

Bake in preheated oven until fish is cooked through. Switch to broil for a deeper golden brown top.

Lay fish fillets over tomato sauce. Garnish with fresh basil, parmesan and lemon wedges.
