Marinated & Pickled

  • Kalamata olives
  • Spanish olives
  • Pickled stuffed cherry peppers

Chips and Bread

  • Toasted pita bread
  • Crackers
  • Sliced Italian bread

Vegetables & Salads

  • Carrot sticks (bonus points if they have green tops!)
  • Mini cucumber wedges
  • Grilled artichoke hearts
  • Gazpacho Salad
  • Tabouli salad

Fruit & Garnish

  • Red grapes
  • Pomegranate
  • Figs
  • Lemon wedges
  • Fresh herbs (sprigs of basil, rosemary, mint)


Instructions

  1. Spoon 2-3 dips and spreads into small bowls and place on your serving board.
  2. Next, arrange cheese selection and proteins, including meats, seafood skewers or tinned fish.ย 
  3. Fill in the gaps and the edges of the board with the remaining ingredients and garnishes.

Notes

Keep perishable items in the fridge until shortly before serving. You can also use small bowls with ice underneath items that might be sensitive to temperature changes, like chilled cheeses, seafood or meats.
