Ingredients

1/2 cup kewpie mayonnaise*
2 teaspoons tomato paste
2 teaspoons butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1-2 tablespoons water
Pinch of cayenne pepper, optional
1 teaspoon sugar, optional
Instructions
- To begin, melt butter and let it cool to room temperature. Once melted butter is cool, combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Mix well. Wrap tightly and transfer to refrigerator for at least 15 minutes before serving.
- Taste and adjust seasoning. Add another tablespoon of water if you want a thinner, pourable sauce.
Notes
*If using regular mayo, add 1 tablespoon of rice wine vinegar and 1/2 tablespoon of sugar per 1/2 cup of regular mayonnaise.
