Fresh Ginger Scallion Sauce

  • 1/4 cup (scant) freshly grated ginger
  • 1/4 cup (packed) finely diced scallions
  • 1/2 cup (scant) canola oil (or any neutral oil)
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarse kosher salt, plus more to taste


  1. Combine all ingredients in a small jar. Stir.
  2. Taste and adjust salt.
  3. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Remove 10 minutes before serving.
