- 1/4 cup (scant) freshly grated ginger
- 1/4 cup (packed) finely diced scallions
- 1/2 cup (scant) canola oil (or any neutral oil)
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse kosher salt, plus more to taste
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a small jar. Stir.
- Taste and adjust salt.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Remove 10 minutes before serving.
