- 2 6-8 oz white fish fillets (frozen)
- 2 teaspoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Mexican-style hot sauce (Valentina or similar)
- 1/2 teaspoon lime juice, plus wedges, for serving
- 12 tortilla chips, finely crushed
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
- Lime wedges, for serving
Instructions
- Place two frozen fish fillets in the basket and air fry for 5 mins at 375 degrees. Remove basket and use paper towels to gently press the fish, absorbing as much moisture as possible.
- Combine mayonnaise, hot sauce, lime juice and a pinch of salt. Brush fillets with spicy mayo. Cover in a thin layer of crushed tortillas. Return basked and air fry for 9-10 minutes at 400 degrees, until fillets are cooked through and the fish is golden brown.
- Serve with lime wedges and diced cilantro.

- Reheat: Crisp any leftovers in your air fryer at 350 degrees for 3-4 minutes.
