Thai Red Curry Salmon

Ingredients:

red Thai curry paste full fat coconut milk green beans carrots onion red bell pepper fish sauce lime juice brown sugar fresh salmon fresh basil cilantro

Let's Get Cooking

1. Prep curry

Cook a few tablespoons of  coconut cream with red curry paste over medium-high heat until sputtering and thick.

Add the remaining coconut milk to the pan, along with the sliced onion and carrots. Cook for 3-4 mins.

2. Cook Fish

Add salmon pieces, bell pepper, green beans, fish sauce and brown sugar. Cook for 5 -7 mins.

Squeeze lime juice into Thai Red Fish Curry.

Prep  for Service

4. Take a bow, chef!

Top with cilantro, basil and red chilis. Enjoy with a bowl of white rice.
