Crab Claws With Creamy Garlic Mustard Sauce

Wondering how to serve stone crab claws? Wonder no more! Here’s all the tips and tricks for serving a mouth-watering crab claw for an appetizer tray or dinner party platter at home.

Ingredients:

crab claws (cooked and chilled) mayonnaise garlic clove Dijon mustard Worcestershire fresh lemon juice  hot sauce chives salt and pepper

Let's Get Cooking

1. Prep Sauce

Combine mayo, grated garlic, Dijon, lemon juice, Worcestershire and hot sauce in a small bowl.

Taste and add salt and pepper. Once the flavor is just right, refrigerate until serving. Keep in mind the garlic flavor will continue to develop!

2. Prep Claws

Prepare claws for serving by cleaning the shells under cold running water. Pile on a platter and serve with creamy mustard sauce and lemons

To open chilled crab claws, wrap a claw in a tea towel and use a wooden mallet (or back of a large spoon) to crack the shell in multiple places.
