Seafood Pasta with White Wine Garlic Sauce

Ingredients:

– cooked pasta (reserve pasta water) – shrimp + scallops – butter + EVOO – garlic – shallots – white wine – lemon zest – salt + pepper – fresh parsley

Let's Get Cooking

1. Cook Seafood

Sear sea scallops in butter and oil until a golden brown crust appears. Remove to plate and cover with foil.

Saute shrimp in same pan for 2-3 minutes until cooked through. Remove to plate with scallops and cover.

2. Build Garlic Wine Sauce

To the same pan add diced shallot, garlic, spices and butter. Saute for 2-3 mins.

Add white wine and simmer to reduce for 3-4 mins. Then add pasta water, lemon zest and parsley. Taste and adjust seasoning

3. Add Pasta

Toss al dente spaghetti into the garlic wine sauce to coat with the sauce and reheat.

Plate pasta and top with seared seafood. Serve with lemon wedges and a sprinkle of fresh parsley.
