Seafood Boil Sauce

Ingredients:

– butter – red onion – garlic cloves – Old Bay Seasoning  – seafood stock (or bouillon cube) – lemon pepper -- cayenne pepper

Let's Get Cooking

1. Cook Vegetables

Saute butter, garlic and onion for 4-5 mins, until tender and fragrant.

2. Build Sauce

Add Old Bay, lemon pepper and cayenne. Stir to combine, then add seafood stock. 

 Optional:

Use an immersion blender for 20-30 seconds. The emulsified sauce is rich and creamy and doesn't separate when serving.

Once you’ve blended the sauce, taste and adjust seasoning.

Serve with baked shrimp, crab legs, crawfish boil or your favorite seafood dinner.
