Salmon With Honey Lemon Butter Sauce

Ingredients:

salmon fillets flour  salt and pepper neutral oil  butter lemon juice & zest honey sliced almonds fresh parsley

Let's Get Cooking

1. Cook Salmon

Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then dredge lightly in fine flour. Shake off any excess flour.

Pan sear in neutral oil until golden brown and cooked through. Remove fish to a plate and cover lightly. 

2. Prep Sauce

Pour oil out of the pan and return to burner. Reduce heat and add butter, lemon juice, lemon zest and honey. 

Swirl in the pan until combined and the butter is foaming.Add fresh parsley and toasted almonds. Taste and adjust seasoning.

Add salmon fillets back to the pan and baste fish in the butter sauce. Serve with lemon slices.
