Potato Crusted Cod Recipe

This crispy, chip-crusted cod recipe brings all the indulgent crunch and fresh, flaky goodness of your favorite fish shop in a 20-minute dinner the whole family will love.

Ingredients:

cod fillets potato sticks mayonnaise malt vinegar ground mustard  salt and pepper fresh chives lemon wedges

Let's Get Cooking

1. Make Aioli

Combine mayo, vinegar, ground mustard, salt and pepper in a small bowl.

Mix well, then divide into two bowls.

2. Prep & Bake Cod

Season fish lightly with salt. Brush a couple of teaspoons of malt vinegar aioli across the top of each.

Top each fillet with crispy potato sticks. Press lightly to be sure the potatoes stick to the top of the fish.

Transfer baking sheet to preheated oven and bake fish.

Top your crusted cod with fresh chives and serve with lemon wedges and malt vinegar aioli.
