Indian Spiced  Salmon Fillets

Ingredients:

salmon fillets oil For marinade: Greek yogurt  onion fresh ginger garlic cloves red chili curry powder smoked paprika salt lime juice

Let's Get Cooking

1. Mix Marinade

Combine marinade ingredients in food processor. Pulse until relatively smooth.

2. Marinate Salmon

Pour mix over salmon fillets. Cover and refrigerate for an hour.

After an hour, remove salmon from fridge. Brush off any excess marinade and dot the salmon with neutral oil.

Bake salmon fillets for 6-8 minutes, then switch to broil for final 4-5 minutes to get those crispy edges.

Bake + Broil

Take a bow, chef!

Serve your new favorite salmon with lime wedges and rice. Enjoy!
