Fish

"Whether you have a flat top grill or just a good skillet, you’re only a few minutes away from a fabulous hibachi experience at your own kitchen table."

Ingredients:

– raw shrimp – oil and butter – fresh garlic – light soy sauce – honey – lemon juice – sesame oil – white pepper – sesame seeds

Let's Get Cooking

1. Prep Hibachi Sauce

Combine soy, honey, lemon juice, sesame oil and white pepper in a small bowl.

Stir to combine. Set aside.

2. Cook Shrimp

Add neutral oil to hot skillet or flat top grill, then the minced garlic. Cook until fragrant, just a minute or two.

Add the shrimp to the hot skillet. Stir fry until almost cooked through.

Add hibachi sauce to the skillet. Finish cooking the shrimp and let the sauce thicken and cling to the shrimp.

Add butter and remove pan from heat, letting the butter melt into the sauce. Taste and adjust seasoning.

3

Garnish with sesame seeds and serve with rice, hibachi vegetables and yum yum sauce.
