Hibachi Salmon Recipe

Ingredients:

neutral oil salmon fillets fresh garlic fresh ginger soy sauce honey lemon juice sesame oil white pepper butter sesame seeds

Let's Get Cooking

1. Make Hibachi Sauce

Combine soy sauce, honey, lemon juice, sesame oil, garlic, ginger and white pepper in a small bowl.

Stir to combine the fresh hibachi sauce and set aside.

2. Prep Salmon

Dry salmon well and cut into 1-inch cubes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

3. Cook Salmon

Heat a cast iron skillet or other large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add neutral oil, then place salmon bites into the skillet in a single layer.

After a few minutes, turn salmon and add sauce. When salmon is finished cooking, add butter to the pan. Remove from heat.

Top hibachi salmon with sesame seeds and serve with Hibachi Fried Rice.
