Asian Fish with Ginger and Soy

Ingredients:

Tilapia fillets (or cod!) Salt and white pepper Cornstarch Canola oil Fresh ginger Light soy sauce Water Sesame oil Sugar Chili crisp Rice wine vinegar FOR GARNISH Fresh lime wedges, scallions, red chili & cilantro

Let's Get Cooking

1. Prepare Sauce

Combine ginger, soy, water, sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, sugar and chili crisp in a small bowl. Mix and set aside. 

2. Cook Fish.

Dust fish in salt, white pepper and cornstarch. Saute in heated neutral oil. Cook for 3 mins and flip.

Pour ginger sauce over fish. Simmer until fish is cooked through. Top with green onions, sliced red chilis and cilantro.

4. Serve!
