Easy Shawarma Sauce

Serve this amazing sauce with homemade shawarma, falafel pitas, salads or with a giant bag of pita chips!

Ingredients:

– Greek yogurt – Fresh lemon juice – Tahini sauce – Fresh garlic – Salt – Fresh dill – Fresh mint – Sumac, for garnish

Let's Get Cooking

1. Build Sauce

Chop fresh dill and mint. Combine with yogurt, lemon, tahini, minced garlic and salt. Stir well.

Taste the creamy shawarma sauce and adjust seasoning. Add more salt, lemon or fresh herbs to taste.

Refrigerate for 15 mins to let the flavors build.

Prep  for Service

3. Serve!

Garnish with fresh dill, mint and sprinkle of sumac. Take a bow, chef!
