Ingredients:

1. Prep Puff Pastry

Unroll puff pastry and place on parchment-lined baking pan.

Sprinkle the pastry round with flour and brown sugar.

2. Assemble Tart

Peel apples and cut into thin slices.

Arrange apples in concentric circles on puff pastry, leaving a small border.

Gently brush apples and pastry edge with melted butter.

Sprinkle a bit of brown sugar over tart.

Bake apple tart for 30-35 mins, until the crust is crisp and the apples are bubbly and deeply browned in areas.

3. Make Glaze

Heat apricot jam and a pinch of cinnamon with a little water until thinned and spreadable.
