Easy Baked Fish Tacos

Ingredients:

– firm white fish – cornstarch – cumin – chili powder – sea salt – garlic powder – cayenne pepper – olive oil – For serving: corn tortillas, salsa, radishes, avocado, lime, cotija, pickled onions

Let's Get Cooking

1.  Season + Bake Fish

Combine spices and cornstarch. Brush fish with olive oil. Sprinkle the seasoning mix over the fish.

Bake the fish for 14-18 minutes. Broil for the last 2-3 mins. Remove from oven and use forks to break the fish into pieces.

Layer fish onto warm tortillas, top with a squeeze of lime, salsa, avocado and radishes.
