The Easiest Peach Cobbler

Ingredients:

- peaches (fresh or canned) - brown sugar - cinnamon - lemon juice - cornstarch - vanilla  - butter - pie crust - egg - raw sugar

Let's Get Bak ing

1. Mix Peach Filling

Slice peaches (or drain canned peaches) and toss with brown sugar, cinnamon and lemon juice.

In a small bowl, combine cornstarch, vanilla and a tablespoon of cold water. 

Pour cornstarch mixture over the peaches and toss.

Transfer fruit filling into a baking dish. Cut butter into small pieces and scatter across the fruit.

2. Bake Cobbler!

Lay pie crust over peach filling. Cut slits into crust, then brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with raw sugar.

Bake cobbler until the crust is golden brown and filling is bubbling. Cool slightly before serving.
